At Tigerlily, we want you to love your new style; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all full-priced items for a refund or store credit. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals remain intact to avoid rejection.

  Ship the Package

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or credit note will be processed within 5-7 business days.
